· We will set up your computer (including your monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.)
·Install software applications and 1 external peripheral device.
· Configure your existing Internet connection and 1 existing e-mail account.
· Test your PC for proper functionality.
PC Safety Check $70.00
Online safety begins with you. Be sure you know what's happening on your PC.
· We will check for anti-virus and anti-spyware software, ensuring that they’re up to date and that a firewall is in use.
· Check for current Windows patches.
· Check for file-sharing programs, which kids often use to download and share music.
· Review a history of websites visited—an important precaution since websites of ill repute are a haven for pernicious and annoying intruders.
· Check instant messages. Suggestive screen names can attract unwanted attention. Don't use children's last names in eMail addresses or screen names.
· Search MySpace, Facebook and Google for personal information.
· Suggest ways to improve your online safety.
Family Security Configuration with Optimization $140.00
· Set up user accounts.
· Configure Internet security, game ratings, time-of-use parameters (Windows Vista and 7™ only.)
· Block specific internet sites that you don’t want children to access (Windows Vista and 7™ only.)
· Adjust system settings for faster and smoother performance.
· Update your PC with the most recent security software.

From tax preparation to hobbies—we will install a utility or productivity software. Service excludes operating system installation.

Restore CD Creation $140.00
Did you know most new PCs come with the restore copy of your new system on the hard drive? Take the fuss out of creating a restore disk. We are standing by to take the trouble out of the process and create a restore CD for you.
Software Suite Install (Suite, MSFT Office, DI Suites, Etc.) $140.00
Service includes the repair, troubleshooting or installation of one software suite (e.g., Microsoft Office, Norton Internet Security, etc.) and all critical updates. We will also test the software suite for proper functionality.

Hardware Install (upgrade/service) $70.00
We are ready to install any one PC compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop.

Operating System Install $280.00
We can install the version of Microsoft® Windows that best suits you and your computer, as well as all critical updates.
